This restaurant delivers an exciting experience as Chef Luca crafts innovative flavors in his laboratory, transforming the finest organic local ingredients into pure, unique creations. His conceptual dishes combine artistic presentation with a personal touch in a stylish, atmospheric ambience. Chef Luca also focuses on a healthy, easy-to-digest menu without compromising flavor. The drink pairings are equally inventive, featuring laboratory-inspired beverages. Non-alcoholic options include fresh creations like overnight-drip Phuket pineapple basil and house-made non-alcoholic gin. Wine and beer pairings are exceptional, highlighting naturally fermented beers that complement Chef Luca’s signature "Smokaccia"—a crispy, sourdough creation proofed for 50 hours with natural yeast (not to be confused with focaccia).
