The Monkey Gallery DINING

The Monkey Gallery DINING is one of the first fine dining restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, opening in 2019 with a passion to bring a new gastronomic destination with a Vietnamese soul to local and international diners.

Located on a small and calm street in the central business district, the restaurant was designed by the founders, inspired by contemporary Japanese and Australian materials, while retaining the existing structure of a Vietnam Indochina colonial house.

The Monkey Gallery Dining is an Asian Fusion fine dining restaurant specializing in course and degustation menus to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence. The main dining area features a fully open kitchen, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the artistry of the chefs, whether seated at the kitchen counter or at private tables.

The Monkey Gallery DINING has received Michelin-Selected Awards for 2023 & 2024, the Best 50 Discovery Award, Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice 2023, and Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards - Best of The Best 2024.
