The Mansion’s historical building is the foundation stone of FCC Angkor by Avani. Restored to its former glory as a fine dining conceptual restaurant, the historied space has recently launched its new lunch and dining menus.
A refined return to the roots, The Mansion’s new dining menu recreates a culinary journey exploratory of Khmer terroir, geography and traditions, that places the emphasis on organic ingredients sourced from local farmers.
Simmered in the restaurants’ philosophy is the aim to create an evergreen sense of discovery, bring in the authentic essence of Khmer flavours, and support Cambodian heritage and communities. As such, a collection of weekly culinary experiences, restaurant takeovers and one of the best traditional Apsara dance dinners in the country await the indulgence of curious palates and connoisseurs.
