Its menu has been conceived in a spirit of sharing and conviviality, based on simple, generous dishes with flavorful sauces and a touch of madness. Each dish promises a surprising discovery. Glenn Viel and Fred Grava, his executive chef, promote local products, visiting producers in the region to enrich their menu with their lucky finds.
