Sunset on the Rock Restaurant is located on a monolithic white rock at an altitude of 1,555m above sea level, where the brilliant sunset meets the majestic beauty of Muong Hoa Valley.
Every afternoon, as the sun sets behind the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, the sky turns purple and pink, creating a magical and enchanting scene.
With the philosophy of "nature back to nature", the menu changes seasonally using fresh ingredients. Local ingredients and vegetables from the resort's own organic vegetable garden.
Each dish is a masterpiece of art with its own story, delicately prepared by the chefs of Ville De Mont Mountain Resort, offering an emotional, luxurious and rich culinary experience of local culture.
