SugarSand at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach, a vibrant beachfront dining destination in Seminyak, Bali, has been reimagined with a new menu and concept inspired by Japanese Izakaya-style dining.

Originally opened in 2018, the venue blends Balinese cultural elements with Japanese simplicity, featuring a design influenced by traditional Balinese jukung boats. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool and communal area on the first floor or unwind in the open-air lounge on the second floor, which offers panoramic ocean views.

Led by Chef Syamsul Rizal, formerly of Nobu and Zuma, the menu showcases modern Japanese dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include Wagyu Gyoza, Spicy Tuna Sushi, and Gindara Miso. Complementing the cuisine, head mixologist Dewa Ari curates Japan-inspired cocktails and signature drinks, including Slow Cooked Infused G&Ts.

With chill music from in-house DJs, SugarSand is a haven for fine food, drinks, and beachfront relaxation, ideal for both casual gatherings and celebrations.
