Stoker is inspired by one of the world’s oldest culinary arts, cooking with a wood fueled fire over hot coals and has four separate fire-cooking sections and a meat ageing room for a variety of products including beef, duck and homemade cold cuts.
There is no cooking method that can recreate the depth & richness of flavor of a dry aged piece of meat. The benefit is superior that has a more tender texture, less moisture loss and a significant improvement in flavor.
