Led by Chef Ken Yu, SEEDS All-Day-Dining Restaurant presents fusion cuisines inspired by organic green dining from Europe, integration of haute cuisine, and bistro dishes.
SEEDS has invested NTD 1 million in kitchen composters with biological digestants, allowing organic kitchen waste to decompose and deodorize through natural degradation.
With the zero-waste principle, the processed waste is then provided to independent organic farmers and flower growers as fertilizer, and the agricultural products are in turn harvested and arrive on the dining tables of the hotel, creating a sustainable positive cycle that connects the people in Taiwan.
