In collaboration with Italian master chef Luciano Monosilio, Executive Chef Justin Barker and his local team have put together a pasta menu like no other. Their emphasis is on quality and that is why their “Pasta Laboratory” produces three types of fresh pasta, all made fresh by hand each day.

They only use the best seasonal ingredients sourced specially for them by their local producers. Their Josper Charcoal oven, imported from Spain, allows them to a produce spectacular sauces, vegetables and meat to use throughout all of their dishes.
