Princess Terrace

Established in 1970, Princess Terrace has been bringing the distinctive flavours of Penang to Singapore for more than five decades.

The restaurant remains a firm favourite among diners for its time-honoured recipes, generous buffet spread and comforting sense of nostalgia.

Led by Executive Chef Talor Liew and his team, the buffet celebrates Penang's rich culinary heritage through live cooking stations and well-loved specialities. Highlights include smoky Penang char kway teow cooked to order, tangy assam laksa, hearty Penang Hokkien mee and ark thui mee sua served in a fragrant herbal broth.

Beyond its signature noodle dishes, diners can prepare their own Penang rojak, enjoy silky homemade Tau Hua, and end their meal with an assortment of colourful, handcrafted Nyonya kueh made using traditional methods.
