Creating a Premium menu mixing Authentic Lappish delicacies with contemporary cuisine. That’s the challenge our Head Chef had in order to match our high culinary standards. After months of prospection, we succeeded in crafting a cuisine masterpiece: the Polára menu.

At Polára, we are glad to be the destination for your meals, making them not only random breaks but a whole experience: local delicacies enjoyed in a mesmerizing panoramic view over the endless forest. Thanks to our north-facing position, your dinner time can take a mystical upgrade when Auroras decide to channel their magic.

If you are wood lover, you can enjoy your meals around fire at our Lumo Kota, an authentic Finnish hut we have added to the Resort family.
