Polára’s culinary philosophy centres on creating a premium menu that combines authentic Lappish delicacies with contemporary cuisine. Under the direction of its Head Chef, months of exploration and refinement resulted in a culinary masterpiece: the Polára Menu.

Local delicacies are enjoyed against a mesmerising panoramic view of the endless forest, while the restaurant’s north-facing position provides the perfect setting for a mystical evening when the Auroras appear and fill the sky with their magic.

For those who appreciate the warmth and atmosphere of wood-fired dining, Polára also offers the opportunity to enjoy meals around a fire at Lumo Kota, an authentic Finnish hut that forms part of the resort.
