Situated on the rooftop of the Athens National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST), artistic-concept restaurant NYN ESTI takes patrons on a culinary journey with each dish celebrating sustainable gastronomy, local flavours and Greece’s rich artistic history.

As the Nice-n-Easy group's flagship for sustainability, responsible gastronomy is not just a practice; it’s the essence of the restaurant’s philosophy. NYN ESTI’s farm-to-table approach includes seasonal menus featuring fresh organic produce responsibly-sourced from local producers, delivering ethically-farmed ingredients. The current Summer menu pays homage to Greece's diverse topography and biodiversity.

The restaurant’s robust waste management strategies underscore a zero-waste commitment and includes a partnership with Fargeco Hellas Ltd., a local waste management company. It also sources products from suppliers utilising reusable containers/packaging, and has adopted eco-friendly materials like potato-based film wrap and reusable utensils.

The result, an authentic gastronomic experience deeply respectful of the planet with breathtaking views of Athens skyline and emblematic Acropolis.
