Set gracefully on the water, MYASO offers a scenic dining experience where nature gently envelops guests in a sense of calm. The interior, inspired by the richness of an autumn forest, resonates not only visually but emotionally, evoking warmth and a refined sense of comfort suited to any occasion.

The architectural concept, developed by 5F Studio, is defined by a harmonious interplay of bold natural materials and symbolic design elements:
Monumentality and Lightness: The combination of wood, metal, and stone conveys strength and permanence, while the restaurant’s waterside setting introduces a sense of lightness and elegance.
Lighting Atmosphere: Expansive panoramic windows dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape during the day, while in the evening the space is transformed by the soft glow of the central fireplace, creating an atmosphere of intimacy and understated luxury.
Living Energy: At the heart of the restaurant lies the open kitchen — a dynamic focal point where culinary craftsmanship becomes part of the overall sensory experience.

Guests are welcomed at the open kitchen by Chef Alex Yakutov, a renowned culinary figure and host of acclaimed television programmes such as “On Knives” and “Hell’s Kitchen.” The menu is a celebration of meat at its finest, featuring premium steaks prepared with precision, alongside signature house-made delicacies. A curated selection of artisanal cheeses further complements the culinary offering. Each dish is distinguished by its own character, thoughtfully enhanced through expertly selected wine pairings.

The restaurant is a recipient of the One Glass Award by Wine Spectator, recognising the quality and thoughtfulness of its wine programme. The wine programme is a particular point of distinction, comprising over 200 carefully curated labels. With a strong focus on Italy, France, and Spain, as well as indigenous grape varieties, the collection reflects both depth and character. A temperature-controlled wine room preserves a selection of iconic and collectible wines, including Masseto, Sassicaia, and Ornellaia. In total, guests may choose from over 1,200 bottles, and through the use of the Coravin system, even rare vintages can be enjoyed by the glass without compromising their integrity.
