Originally from Saumur, the chef did his training in Saumur, After 4 years of learning (cooking/pastry), he decided to go and learn his skills all over France. (Saumur, Quiberon, Evian, Bordeaux, etc.)
This is where he discovered different cuisines, going from traditional to gastronomy, all while building his own culinary universe.
With this opening he has the pleasure of presenting to you his creations, his universe, his passion, his first love!
