After one season, our signature restaurant obtained the excellent grade of 16 out of 20 from Gault & Millau. With its authentic yet refined cuisine, 1913 has now become a must in Villars-sur-Ollon. Guests will be tempted by the signature dish: the spit roast, selected daily by our chef.
