The name "Kura" was bestowed in the hope of inheriting the history of the Nakanoshima area, where the Conrad Osaka hotel is located, for the contemporary dining experience. Nakanoshima was where Kuranayashi once supported the kitchen of Japan. With 10,000 pieces of lacquerware to hand, many partitions divide up the interior of the shop in a gentle fashion, and in Teppan-yaki you can enjoy a delicious Japanese modern space with a feeling of openness and a sense of privacy both at the same time, as you dine on the stunning Kobe and Omi beef.
