Karibu is set between the picturesque view of Table Mountain and the tranquil blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Karibu affords you the opportunity to experience the vibrant flavours of South Africa and be part of their unique theatre of dining. They invite their guests to encounter the ruggedness of Africa within the luxurious setting of the restaurant where a mixed fusion of African ambiance blends itself with the flavours of a rich and diverse cultural heritage.
At Karibu restaurant they take pride in offering their guests a selection of the Cape’s finest wines which they have sourced from emerging and established estates. Storage of wine is in a series of 9 varied temperature-controlled glass front display fridges holding a maximum of 2338 bottles as well a temperature-controlled cellar holding a maximum of 3840 bottles. In addition to this we have a selection of Rare wines (45 cases in total) stored at temperature and humidity. These wines vary in vintage from 1979 to 1995.
