KALIYA is a refined and soulful restaurant perched high above the caldera in Fira, Santorini.

Its name is a lyrical homage to the island’s beauty, drawn from the Greek word “kallos” and the ancient name “Kalliste,” meaning “the most beautiful one.”

Set within a lovingly restored mid-century building, Kaliya offers views of the Aegean Sea and the volcano, where dusks are painted in warm tones and the sea seems to melt into the sky. The design is bohemian yet polished woven textures, Cycladic whites, pale stone, and natural wood create an atmosphere that is quietly luxurious and deeply rooted in place.

The cuisine reimagines Greek recipes through a modern, wellness-driven lens: seasonal, local, high end ingredients treated with restraint and elegance.
