The restaurant, led by chef Haim Meir Cohen, specializes in local cuisine with international fusion touches, offering a gastronomic journey through the different regions of Israel.

The menu takes inspiration from the abundance of local produce and the cuisines of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Chef Cohen adds a personal touch to classic dishes, blending his expertise in Galilean cuisine with the finest regional raw materials, all done with the utmost respect and attention to detail.

The cuisine of Herbert Samuel is seasonal, with new dishes created regularly, based on the fishermen’s catches in the adjacent ports of Jaffa and Ashdod, as well as our farmers’ crops.
