On the water’s edge, with Table Mountain as a backdrop, COY is Chef Ryan Cole’s second restaurant and a relaxed yet refined take on fine dining. COY delivers an experience through a singularly unique expression of southern African cooking with a menu that presents an ocean-inspired, seafood-led exploration of Africa and its shorelines.

“Southern Africa, and Africa as a whole, has so much to offer from a culinary sense, and I think we have much to learn. There’s so much rich history, culture, and interesting time periods, and then there’s the food and cooking techniques which came with them. I’m particularly fascinated by the ingredients we’re discovering, the preservation techniques we’re working with, and the handful of culinary methods we’ll be using which, until recently, had been lost to time,” says Chef Ryan Cole.
