Offering a classic French brasserie cuisine using the best seasonal ingredients and one of the most awarded wine cellars in Canada, all set in a series of fantastically immersive rooms. Enjoy tartare, escargot, duck à l’orange, lemon dacquoise and other classics over fine French or Prince Edward County wines.
The parlor and library dining rooms will transport you to ancient Alexandria, a world of beauty, mythology, knowledge and romance. The cellar dining room allows you to enjoy your meal surrounded by their many rare vintages. Travel the world with cocktails at Bar Atlas before or after dinner.
The cellar has over 300 selections, having received Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence” the past two years. Head Chef Michael Sullivan brings decades of experience and they proudly grow their food at their two local kitchen gardens as well as sourcing it from local markets.
