Overlooking the Bay of Palma, it offers breathtaking panoramic views from its spacious terrace and the light-filled Winter Garden, where the scenery can be enjoyed throughout the year. The interiors reflect Mallorca’s natural beauty, with botanical greens, warm creams, sandy whites and terracotta accents inspired by the island’s landscapes and traditional craftsmanship.
The restaurant presents contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a distinct Mallorcan identity. Signature dishes include sea bass with green citrus, trampó with mussels and traditional Mallorcan oven-baked rice, all celebrating the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Chef David Mendez combines technical precision with creativity and respect for local produce, creating refined yet authentic dishes that speak through flavour rather than spectacle.
