Drawing on a profound kaiseki foundation, Chef Kudo captures Kaohsiung's seasonal rhythms through precision, restraint, and exceptional local ingredients.

The restaurant's dramatic interior evokes the chromatic depths of submarine lava, while its atrium soars over 30 metres, enveloping guests in an atmosphere of rare visual grandeur. Each evening, guests are treated to a scheduled immersive projection art performance, transforming the soaring atrium into a breathtaking canvas of light, sound, and storytelling.
