At its heart lies Le Potager du Bled — the Resort's organic farm nestled in the Ourika Valley. Spanning 8 hectares, the estate unites olive and citrus groves, fruit trees and kitchen gardens, alongside an aromatic garden housing nearly twenty pesticide-free plant species, harvested daily for the kitchens, infusions and cocktails. For over 40 years, this living pantry has embodied a true Slow Food ethos — Sustainable, Local, Organic and Wholesome.
