In the heart of Naples, the Chef, long passionate about the Mediterranean, draws inspiration from the region’s outstanding ingredients: the artichoke from Paestum, the purple prawn from the island of Ischia, the Sorrento lemon and the fresh catch of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Alongside Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino, Ducasse pays tribute to these products with a personal and refined vision, where respect for Campanian tradition meets contemporary haute cuisine.
