Mercado Fusion Gastropub is a sustainable dining concept located by Alanya’s famous Cleopatra Beach. All furniture is crafted from natural materials like beechwood, and every plant inside is real, creating a fresh and organic atmosphere. The kitchen operates without gas—meals are cooked over applewood fire. Coffee grounds are used for cakes, while dried vegetable peels are turned into natural spices, reflecting the restaurant’s zero-waste philosophy.

Inspired by local markets, all ingredients are sourced from women farmers and small producers to support the community and ensure freshness. The space runs entirely on solar energy.

Its color palette is drawn from nature: greens inspired by foliage, and yellows from acacia blossoms. At the heart of the open kitchen lies a chef’s table, crafted from Verde Guatemalteco marble, where guests can join workshops and experience live cooking.
