The restaurant's name reflects both the marbling of premium beef cuts and its elegant interior, featuring green marble tables and oak walls. Signature dishes include the Marble Burger—a 180g beef patty served in a brioche bun with caramelized onions, cheese, and house sauce—and the prime rib, a 400g ribeye cooked over oak wood, accompanied by mashed potatoes, kale chips, and mushroom sauce. Marble also offers seasonal specialties.
