Al Sale Restaurant - A Story of Passion and Excellence
Al Sale Restaurant is the brainchild of Chef-Patron Christopher Pace, who was born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in the heart of Victoria, Gozo. With years of experience in the catering industry, both locally and abroad, Christopher’s passion for food led him to take a bold step during one of the most challenging times. On the 19th of November 2020, amidst the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic, he took a leap of faith and opened Al Sale Restaurant.
Guided by his motto, “Excellent Food, Excellent Service”, Christopher succeeded in building a loyal clientele, with guests often returning and bringing friends and family to share in the experience. In just four years, Al Sale Restaurant has earned prestigious recognition, including being named the top survey-rated restaurant in Gozo. This incredible achievement motivates the team to continue striving for excellence.
