AW Restaurant. is designed under the concept of YUIMOM Group’s resonance to the ephemeral four seasons－Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
Under this concept, there are four individual restaurants:
AW Restaurant. Autumn
AW Café. Winter
SS Bar. Spring
SS Pâtisserie. Summer
that are created with a feeling of perseverance in the face of the passage of time.
In this project—AW Restaurant. Autumn provides guests with contemporary French cuisine. In menu design, the Brigade de Cuisine led by the French chef highlights the authentic flavors of the ingredients and the organic and healthy cooking process; it combines tradition with innovation and presents neat and elegant dish displays of “modern nouvelle French cuisine”.
Overall, AW Restaurant. Autumn adopts the tone of maple red, delivering the beauty of harvest in Autumn, and the French romantic style.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the serviced apartment. Except for fulfilling the needs for three meals and banquets of the long- staying guests, the visitors from and residents in the neighboring cities may also come to have a creative French cuisine with ease.
Autumn is a season of harvest, abundance, and preservation of life and its necessities, which seems to be suitable for what a restaurant should aim for.
The spirit of a restaurant comes from the relation between food and people. Through AW Restaurant, we express the concept of “autumn” of four seasons. The red maple in Fall symbolises Taiwanese favourite idea of harvest, combining the romantic characteristics embedded in French food culture. Such wonderful happenings will begin from here!
