Head chef Manuel Ulrich comes from the region and started his culinary career at the Öschberghof. After different tenures in Oberlech/Arlberg, the 2-Michelin-starred Restaurant Haerlin in the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg and most recently in the 3-Star-Michelin Schwarzwaldstube in the Traube Tonbach, Baisersbronn, Ulrich has now returned to his home turf, offering his own, modern interpretation of typical Black Forrest cuisine with the support of his mainly local team.
