Above the restaurant, the extraordinary glass cupola, designed by the famous architect Maurice Gras, bathes the restaurant in light.
The Executive Chef Christophe Moret and the Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot prepared seasonal menu inspired by the regions of France, all in delicacy and lightness. La Bauhinia is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
