It is an innovative project with ambitious prospects for growth. Long tables made from boards recovered from the old “briccole” (mooring posts) of the lagoon are the main feature of the restaurant.
The menu - curated by the chef Lorenzo Cogo, one of the youngest Italian starred chef - is a journey to discover colors and flavors of the Venetian lagoon, which are reflected in vegetarian and fish dishes, according to the personal vision of the chef. As if in a tintoretto painting, Chef Lorenzo Cogo captures in his cuisine all the energy and mystery of the fabulous city, suspended on the water and in time.
