Inside the Baglioni Hotel Luna, just metres from St Mark’s Square in Venice, the brand new Canova Restaurant by Sadler serves a fresh new gourmet cuisine dreamed up by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler with resident chef Gennaro Balice, for a healthy, sophisticated, sustainable menu.
The offering is a refined harmony of tradition and innovation, a perfect blend of flavours and aromas, authenticity and sustainability, proposing gourmet dishes that reinvent the Italian culinary tradition. Adding a dash of innovation and panache to the regional cuisine, the Chef leads his guests on a journey of unique flavours and great sensations.
