Boasting seventeen prime cuts of meat grilled to absolute perfection, Chef Diego Solis skillfully chooses all our ingredients guaranteeing the freshest meats, fish, and vegetables sourced from the best markets in the world. The menu is made up of a sophisticated collection of steakhouse favorites as interpreted and inspired by the classic cuisine of Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

J&G Steakhouse has previously been recognized as the Best Meat Restaurant by the BBC Good Food Middle East 2016 awards and Best Steakhouse by the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2017. The outlet is also consistently ranked as one of the top 10 venues in the city for steak by platforms such as Trip Advisor and Zomato.

Internally, J&G Steakhouse has been recognized as the highest revenue achiever within the St. Regis Dubai’s F&B outlets and the outlet with the highest capture ratio of regular guests on a weekly and monthly basis. The outlet features 17 different kinds of steak which are divided into 5 categories. All the Wagyu Beef served at J&G Steakhouse comes exclusively from a farm in Queensland, Australia which specially breeds and produces a superior quality of beef for The St. Regis hotels worldwide. The in-house dry-aging cabinets, ensuring a succulent texture and delicious taste, further enhance the flavour. There are also over 250 labels in the J&G Steakhouse wine cellar with highlights of American Magnums of Kendal Jackson wines due to the fact that this is an American steakhouse concept. The outlet also has rolled out the Caravin implementation to serve premium wines by glass. J&G Steakhouse also place great emphasis on following the Gueridon methods of service when it comes to Martini preparation, our signature Tomahawk dish and across 12 sauces and mustards.
